The Laws:
General Rules:
[001] Must be at least thirteen years or older to join.
[002] Be active. If you are going away, please notify us by putting a Thread in the Absence Board. Failure to do so could end up in a deletions of your account. So, please, to avoid any trouble - post in the board when you are leaving, and how long you will be gone.
[003] You are allowed to have up to three characters per account. However, if you would like more on whatever account, contact a Staff Member or myself [ iSpaz ], and we will decide if you are able.
Requirements: All characters must be active, and not just by logging in either. At least two to three posts per week. If they are not, that privilege will be taken away!
[004] Respect all members and staff. Do not say anything that you wouldn't want said to you. If there is conflict between you and another member, either work it out through PM, or take it to a Staff Member.
[005] Spamming, Flamming or Advertising. If you do not know what these are, then I highly suggest you ask someone. As for Advertising, there will be a board made for that. If it is seen elsewhere, other that it's respective board, it will be deleted.
[006] Mr and Mrs Sue: Gary, and Mary. - Or Mary Sue's/Gary Sue's - whatever they're called. No character is perfect. You gotta have some flaws, people!
[007] Got in trouble? ...damn, that sucks. Know what that tells me? You didn't read my rules. So, I don't want to hear "Oh, I didn't know", "No one told me", "I forgot". I'm not putting these rules up here for nothing. If you do not obey them, then you will get into trouble and having an excuse will get you into it more. These will not be taken down, so you can re-read them if you forget anything.
[008] The posting length is a minimum of two paragraphs; I believe that is ten sentences. It might seem like much, but a good way to do that; or post more than that, is to add detail. Lots of it.
Anyway, it's quality over quantity, folks. Not "who can post the bestest".
[009] Do not stretch my page, alright. No images that are over 525x300 pixels. If it is larger than that, link it. No stretchy the pagey!
[010] No downgrading another's character. If you think their bio is lame, and it sucks; that's too damn bad. Keep your opinions to yourself, if they're rude. Chances are, someone thinks the same damn thing about your character.
In Character Rules:
[001] Canons: If you are not active within a month's timing, then you automatically give up your right over the Canon you have claimed. I know it doesn't seem right, but I want my Canons to stay and be active!
Exception: If you leave information as to where you are going during your time away, and how long it may take, then I will let you keep whomever you claimed.
[002] Stealing another person's work ( Character information ) will not be tolerated here. Leave their biographies, posts, and images alone! If I see that someone is stealing from someone else, you will be banned.
[003] Chatspeak is not allowed here, unless in the Cbox. If a post is seen with chatspeak in it, then you will be contacted and told to fix it. If you fail to do so within a day's timing, then it will be deleted and you shall be told.
[004] Mr and Mrs. Mary Sue ( Or Gary Sues; whatever ), is not allowed. No one is perfect, and I understand that some character may seem that way - though, everyone has a weekness and can be killed. Whether you like it or not.
[005] Cussing is allowed, but keep it real, people. You do not need to say "fuck" every time you breathe. If I see this privilage being takne advantage of, guess what? I'll ban cussing, without question.
[006] When there is a problem In Character, that does not mean you bring it Out of Character. So, just because your cahracter doesn't like someone, doesn't mean you have to dislike or hate the person behind that character. So, stop and think. I will not take kindly to this.
[007] Tag your threads, everyone. I don't want someone coming and complaining to me about someone's Rp being dirty and not tagged. If it's not rated R+, then you don't have to tag it. Though, if it's R+, there better be a damn tag, or you'll get a mouthful.
Also, if you want to Rp with a certain person, put their name in the thread title, please. If not, then just put [ Open ] or something like that.
[008] When making your character biography, put the phrase 'yuffercakes' at the end in quotes
[009] Anything that you post on here, please keep it Third Person. I don't want to see no Second Person, or First.

[010] Powerplaying, Auto-ing, and Godmoding. These are not allowed on my Board, kiddies.
Powerplaying: Taking control of someone else's character, actions, etc. Auto-ing: Stating that you did hit the other person's character or saying you caused injury, without giving them a chance to dodge the attack Godmoding: Dodging every given attack, or winning every fight. Mostly saying you cannot be hurt, killed, or touched - invincible.
Let's keep it fair. Take some hits, get some injuries, etc.
[011] No killing another's character without their consent. Killing is allowed, but before you do so, make sure whoever agrees to let you kill their character. Just to be safe, send me a agreement ( PMs from both parties, please ), so that none can whine to me.
Note:Rules above may change at any given moment, or time. Something may be subtracted, or added. Be sure to check them regularly.
